If you have ever had a problem understanding your child’s homework or wanted to find a great way to explain a homeschool lesson, you are in luck with Khan Academy. It is a FREE on-line video service that is mind boggling how many videos they have available. Their subjects include: Math, Science, Humanities, Economics, Test Prep. For example, I needed to find information for Geography on Inflation and Hyperinflation, ta-da, they had a video on each!!
Most of the print work for Practical Saver is done using Adobe programs, primarily InDesign and Illustrator. Most of my experience is from trial and error, until a couple of weeks ago! A friend showed me this website from Adobe that gives you high quality video instructions for all of their programs. I have committed to doing one video each morning before I start working. I am overflowing with giggles at how much I have learned in two weeks - all for FREE!
