Great gift for EVERYONE! You can type in your family and friend's birthdays and give them a calendar full of dates. You can also give calendars without birth dates for them to write in their own information. Each month has pockets to place the cards in for that month. I gave this calendar to my family several years ago - everyone loved it and most still use it!
All of the pages are formatted to 8 1/2 x 11" and are ready to print. Once downloaded print as many as you like!
Directions:
Open document and 'Save As' to your own computer.
Print Calendar onto Card Stock (minimum of 60 lb. paper). Use color printing if possible. You will need 19 pages of card stock.
Cut pages 1 through 6 -- 4 1/2" from top and 4 1/2" from bottom. You are making the pockets for each month to hold the cards for that month.
Stack the full size calendar pages in order, with the blue Title Page as the first page.
Use Double Sided Tape to tape the pockets to the back of the previous month. For example: The March 4 1/2" paper will be taped to the back of February calendar page. January pocket is on the back of the Title Page. Apply tape to left side and bottom of 4 1/2" piece.
Comb bind the pages together. You can add a piece of plastic overhead for front and back cover. 3/8" comb binding plastic is a good size.
